Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a HEOR-focused or similar role.
- Postgraduate qualification (MSc, MPH, PhD or equivalent) in Health Economics, Public Health, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize complex clinical and economic evidence.
- Experience managing projects from a timing and financial perspective.
- Client-facing communication skills for complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Access, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience working with Stata, R or similar statistical packages.
- Confidence using AI-powered tools for research and workflow efficiency.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead HEOR and RWE projects ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
- Research potential healthcare improvements and provide strategic recommendations to pharma and biotech clients.
- Identify unmet needs and new inquiry avenues relevant to client portfolios.
- Develop and manage multinational observational studies.
- Present research findings and insights to global clients and communities.
- Manage multiple healthcare stakeholders on a project basis.
- Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance across the business.
