Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant sales support, inside sales, or account management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in IT and security solutions and services.
- Proven history of technical knowledge and tool utilization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, etiquette, and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with high efficiency.
- Experience driving sales from request to proposal.
- Customer-focused mentality with a drive for achieving goals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a diverse solution portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with field sellers and clients.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and account executives.
- Contribute to the growth of revenue and gross profit in assigned accounts.
- Assist with opportunities, forecasting, and sales pipeline management.
- Transact directly with clients for orders, change orders, and renewals.
- Create customer proposals, reports, summaries, and detailed quotes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and updates within the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding orders, tracking, and invoicing.
