Requirements
- 10+ years in AI, data, or solution architecture roles, with at least 3 years leading a team or practice.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI agents and copilots with measurable results.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on command of Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
- Proficiency with agentic patterns such as RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Experience managing AI governance, acceptable-use policies, security, and budgets.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI security: Entra ID, access controls, data residency, and prompt-injection defense.
- Strong communication skills for executive interaction and organizational change leadership.
- Ability to mentor engineers and raise AI literacy across a services organization.
Responsibilities
- Own Ludia's internal AI strategy, roadmap, and acceptable-use policy.
- Manage the AI platform register, budget, and licensing costs.
- Define AI development standards including architecture, security, and CI/CD.
- Build and maintain internal AI agents and customer-facing accelerators.
- Lead AI enablement, mentorship, and adoption initiatives across the organization.
- Serve as the primary contact for AI products and represent the firm in executive briefings.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and delivery to identify automation opportunities and drive expansion.
