- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience identifying opportunities to upsell and deepen customer engagement.
- Understanding of workforce development, skills planning, or employability initiatives.
- Knowledge of local funding, devolution, or regional skills priorities.
- Confidence presenting and facilitating workshops.
- Strong organisational and CRM skills.
- Knowledge of the sport and physical activity sector and its workforce development challenges.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong partner relationships with employers, local authorities, and education providers.
- Develop and deliver local workforce and skills plans.
- Generate income through partnership growth and professional status opportunities.
- Identify and convert new employer partnerships.
- Support employers with workforce planning and skills development.
- Influence regional stakeholders and champion workforce development priorities.
- Collaborate across CIMSPA teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Represent CIMSPA at meetings, events, and sector forums.
