Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in program management, management analysis, acquisition oversight, or federal consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, acquisition management, finance, accounting, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, contract formation, administration, and oversight concepts.
- Experience planning or supporting compliance reviews, internal-control reviews, audits, or procurement management.
- Experience developing executive reports, findings, risk statements, and senior-leadership presentations.
- Experience maintaining integrated schedules, risk logs, corrective-action trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Knowledge of quality-assurance methods, evidence traceability, and documentation standards.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to lead work independently and coordinate across Government and contractor teams.
- Ability to satisfy all applicable federal suitability and information-security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up for Procurement Management Reviews and Special Reviews.
- Develop and maintain integrated review schedules, milestones, resource plans, and workload forecasts.
- Coordinate Government reviewers, stakeholders, and contractor personnel throughout the review lifecycle.
- Draft and edit review products including findings, root-cause narratives, risk statements, and leadership briefings.
- Maintain centralized corrective-action records and analyze systemic acquisition risks and cross-organization trends.
- Develop and maintain performance measures and program-health reporting using government-approved tools.
- Perform documented quality reviews of all contractor-generated analytical products and executive materials.
- Provide senior-level advice on program governance, process improvement, and transition planning.
