Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of professional scheduling experience supporting design, construction, or capital infrastructure programs.
  • 3+ years of experience at a senior or lead level within a multi-project portfolio.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project Web App for data extraction and validation.
  • Experience converting legacy milestone-based systems into logic-driven CPM schedules.
  • Experience developing training materials and providing instruction to non-scheduler audiences.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and SharePoint for data reporting.
  • Proven federal government experience or experience working for a federal contractor.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and support organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Assess legacy Microsoft Project Web Access environments and execute comprehensive data mapping to P6.
  • Design the enterprise architecture including EPS hierarchy, WBS standards, activity coding, and calendar libraries.
  • Convert legacy records into logic-driven activities while preserving milestones and maintaining parallel reporting.
  • Manage and maintain master schedules with full traceability, baseline control, and audit trails for diverse infrastructure portfolios.
  • Analyze critical path impacts and schedule variance across deployment sites, escalating risks as necessary.
  • Mentor federal program managers and staff on schedule interpretation through training aids, SOPs, and office hours.
  • Develop Power BI and SharePoint reports to present schedule data and track organizational adoption.
