Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
- 1+ year of experience within the Humana Service Fund Department (preferred).
- Experience with contracts (preferred).
- Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
- SQL knowledge and experience writing queries (preferred).
- Experience with project management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support successful value-based provider relationships and path-to-value goals.
- Analyze provider financial patterns and trends using Excel and SQL.
- Update, maintain, and review fee scheduling and pricing structures.
- Review provider contracts to ensure rates are priced and applied accurately.
- Identify process recommendations and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal partners across various departments.
