- Experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, or account management.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to guide sales and service conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals.
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident in client issue resolution.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Ability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Consistent availability during Pacific Time business hours.
- Required Sunday availability.
Responsibilities
- Proactively call, text, and follow up with interested leads.
- Qualify prospective clients and communicate the value of services.
- Convert leads into customers while working toward sales goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their experience.
- Monitor and manage client communications across inboxes, calls, and texts.
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with internal design and operations teams to manage project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
