Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on pricing experience for federal and/or state government contracts.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex, multi-variable pricing models.
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 31 and 2 CFR 200.
- Experience across contract types including cost-reimbursable, T&M, and fixed price.
- Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time.
- Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submission.
- Build and maintain audit-ready Excel models including labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors.
- Apply and interpret cost principles such as FAR Part 31, 2 CFR 200, and agency guidance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate staffing and level of effort into budgets.
- Support cost narratives and final proposal reviews for cost realism and mathematical accuracy.
- Strengthen pricing templates, tools, and processes, and provide support for audits and negotiations.
- Contribute to FP&A activities including budget-to-actual variance analysis and financial planning.
