Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical go-to-market role, engineering, or startup leadership.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of owning revenue outcomes across varied deal complexities.
- Deep technical curiosity with an ability to understand and discuss modern web infrastructure and scaling tradeoffs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, including founders and developers.
- Experience operating with high agency in evolving or ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and usage patterns to drive account strategy.
- Commitment to a growth mindset and strong shared team ownership.
- Proficiency in leveraging automation to scale impact.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders by developing a deep understanding of their architecture and constraints.
- Analyze customer usage signals to identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities for adoption and expansion.
- Quarterback cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers and Developer Support to drive positive customer outcomes.
- Own and grow a portfolio of startup customers through the product lifecycle from adoption to scale.
- Advise customers on adopting AI-native features and scaling patterns within the Vercel Frontend Cloud.
- Utilize automation and self-built workflows to maintain high operational leverage.
- Refine early sales motions and help establish repeatable playbooks.
