Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in relationship management, banking, consulting, or software.
- Proven track record of project management with successful outcomes.
- Strong listening and impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continual improvement.
- Flexible demeanor with strong situational adaptability.
- Adept at conflict resolution and navigating complex scenarios.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own the overall relationship between nCino and complex partners.
- Vet and onboard new partners while mentoring junior relationship managers.
- Forecast, track, and manage partner revenue goals and contractual documentation.
- Lead annual account planning sessions covering pipeline, forecasting, and marketing activities.
- Liaise between partners and internal sales, product development, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate partner enablement, training, and certification programs.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations.
