Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience with a track record of production-level work.
- Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, schedulable) and SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model.
- Experience building and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience building integrations between Salesforce and external third-party systems.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into clear, documented solution designs.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling, specifically GitHub and Gearset.
- Experience using AI tooling for development, debugging, and code validation.
- Comfort operating with autonomy as the sole embedded technical resource for a business function.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical partner for an assigned GTM squad to anticipate needs and understand workflows.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear solution designs, build, test, and deploy production-ready solutions.
- Partner with Engineering on custom GTM applications using React, TypeScript, and NestJS, exposing Salesforce data via APIs.
- Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers to connect workflows in n8n to squad-specific data.
- Implement Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) solutions including data modeling and CPQ integration.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems like HubSpot, Slack, Gong, and Dialpad.
- Develop secure Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes following security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and manage releases through structured DevOps processes using GitHub and Gearset.
