Requirements
- 2–4 years of concentrated SEO experience.
- Proven experience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets.
- Proficiency with on-site and off-site SEO strategies.
- Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, GTM, and Google Search Console.
- Experience conducting website audits and implementing technical SEO recommendations.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Strong copywriting and research skills.
- Familiarity with emerging AI integrations in SEO.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and high attention to detail.
- Experience in multifamily, student housing, or senior living is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 108 accounts, owning SEO performance and directly executing technical, local, and content work.
- Diagnose and prioritize on-site and off-site optimizations to drive organic visibility and keyword rankings.
- Conduct website audits and implement or direct technical SEO recommendations based on complexity and risk.
- Own the strategic use and health of Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console across assigned accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing client-facing interpretations and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Senior SEO Strategists for advanced troubleshooting and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain internal process documentation.
