- 2+ years experience in health coaching
Requirements
- NBHWC Board Certification and professional Health Coach training from an NBHWC-accredited program.
- 2+ years experience in health coaching.
- Demonstrated experience working with behavior change or chronic disease management (e.g., MSK, GI, diabetes, weight loss & nutrition, mental health).
- Experience managing large caseloads.
- Must be able to deliver telehealth services in a private space with reliable internet connectivity.
- Must reside in a state designated for Tier 3 or Tier 4 compensation tiers.
- Available to work within 7am - 9pm PST hours, including evenings (4pm and later).
- High aptitude for technology and comfort working alongside AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication skills for both video and asynchronous messaging.
Responsibilities
- Deliver time-bound, goal-driven, impactful coaching through a series of video visits focused on behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Supplement video visits with personalized, goal-oriented in-app messaging to reinforce progress.
- Leverage technology platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions that drive health goal attainment.
- Collaborate within the care team to ensure a coordinated member experience and respond to clinician referrals.
- Complete all required processes and updates in the member journey, including video visit notes and clinical escalations.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with members, helping them stay accountable to their goals.
