Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management or client services within content, video production, podcasting, or marketing.
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working directly with clients and leading client meetings.
- Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of content effectiveness.
- Ability to confidently communicate and defend creative recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of content production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead client meetings, including preparation, follow-ups, and proactive updates.
- Manage client communication through email, Slack, and meetings.
- Turn overall content strategy into clear episode plans and outlines.
- Create creative briefs for editors and production teams.
- Coordinate production workflows and timelines across multiple client accounts.
- Review completed content for quality and creative execution.
- Maintain accurate trackers to ensure deliverables stay organized and on schedule.
