Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
- 3-5 years of proposal and/or contract development experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high focus on quality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, proposal text, and re-bids to support RFP responses for global opportunities.
- Complete budget and proposal deliverables with accuracy and promptness.
- Coordinate the entire RFP preparation process, ensuring incorporation of strategy and adherence to timelines.
- Review RFP documents to identify service requirements and project assumptions.
- Lead core RFP development meetings with sales, operational review, and finance teams.
- Develop full project budgets using Excel-based costing tools.
- Prepare proposal text using departmental templates to reflect strategic messages.
- Communicate with partners and third-party vendors throughout the RFP process.
- Respond to client questions regarding budget and operational strategy.
