Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Campaign Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency, including campaign objects and marketing analytics.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI platforms.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, marketing attribution, and UTM tracking.
- Experience developing campaign briefs and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with project management software like Asana.
- Strong analytical skills to transform data into business recommendations.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to transform strategic initiatives into execution plans and roadmaps.
- Manage campaign planning from concept to launch, including briefing, timeline creation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Tableau to monitor performance and KPIs.
- Own campaign tracking, attribution processes, and maintain UTM governance.
- Support marketing systems, including HubSpot, and conduct quality assurance before launches.
- Manage the operational execution of the co-op marketing program.
- Develop and document marketing SOPs to improve workflows through automation and AI tools.
