Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong background in DME environments or post-acute care involving documentation, fulfillment, and billing.
Proven experience managing and growing strategic accounts in a consultative capacity.
Demonstrated ability to interpret operational data and synthesize insights for business strategy.
Comfort engaging with supplier leadership and executives for performance and strategy discussions.
Experience operating in high-growth, evolving environments.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of strategic DME provider accounts, fostering long-term relationships with distributors and resellers.
Influence account growth and performance through proactive engagement and identification of expansion opportunities.
Serve as the primary Point of Contact between DME providers and internal cross-functional teams.
Own supplier performance management, including conducting corrective actions and resolving escalations.
Analyze performance trends and operational friction to drive process improvements and scalability.
Maintain client contracts, pricing sheets, and account documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
Prepare and deliver regular account reporting, including performance metrics and forecasts to leadership.
