- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.
- Manage the initial contact for leave of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodation inquiries.
- Partner with third-party leave administrators to monitor leave documentation, approvals, and status changes.
- Coordinate with Payroll to resolve pay issues, benefit deduction discrepancies, and timekeeping questions.
- Maintain accurate records and process transactions within the HRIS for benefits and leaves.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and general policy inquiries.
- Perform audits, reporting, and reconciliation to ensure compliance.
