Requirements
- Significant experience leading incident management, technology operations, or security risk programs in complex technology organizations.
- Demonstrated experience designing or improving incident management processes, standards, and post-incident practices across teams.
- Working knowledge of security incident response and vulnerability management.
- Experience developing executive-level risk or operational reporting.
- Strong understanding of technology and security risk assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional change and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
- Strong executive communication skills and sound judgment when tailoring information for diverse audiences.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and build durable operating mechanisms.
- Strong judgment and composure when managing high-severity or high-visibility incidents.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to establish trust across Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve a consistent Product & Technology incident management framework including standards and escalation paths.
- Strengthen post-incident processes to ensure clear ownership and systemic improvement.
- Manage security incident and vulnerability intake, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Build integrated, actionable views of technology and operational risk.
- Partner with cross-functional domain leaders in AI governance, infrastructure security, and compliance.
- Develop executive-level reporting to communicate risks, trends, and remediation progress.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives through influence to establish accountability.
