Requirements
- Significant experience leading incident management, technology operations, or risk programs in a complex technology organization.
- Proven experience designing or improving incident management processes, standards, and post-incident follow-through.
- Working knowledge of security incident response and vulnerability management.
- Experience creating executive-level risk, incident, or operational reporting that delivers clear insights.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and security risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation.
- Experience leading cross-functional change and driving accountability without direct authority.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical teams and board-level audiences.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, identify systemic issues, and build durable operating mechanisms.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across diverse functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Establish a consistent P&T-wide incident management framework, including roles, severity definitions, and escalation paths.
- Strengthen post-incident practices to ensure actions are tracked to completion and drive systemic improvements.
- Partner with Security and Engineering to improve vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and reporting.
- Build mechanisms to provide leadership with clear visibility into technology risks, trends, and mitigation progress.
- Define metrics and reporting to track incident health, exposure, and operational resilience for executive and board-level review.
- Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Security, and Compliance through influence to ensure cross-functional accountability.
