Requirements
- Significant experience in incident management, tech operations, security operations, or risk programs in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing or improving incident management processes, standards, and post-incident reporting.
- Practical knowledge of security incident response and vulnerability management.
- Experience creating executive-level reports that translate complex technical data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating tech and security risks.
- Experience leading cross-functional change and driving accountability without direct authority.
- Excellent executive communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for technical teams and the board.
- Ability to structure ambiguity and build sustainable operational mechanisms.
- Proven judgment, composure under pressure, and ability to act during high-visibility incidents.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across diverse departments.
- Professional proficiency in English as a working language.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve a coherent, cross-functional incident management framework.
- Strengthen operational mechanisms for security incidents and vulnerability management.
- Build integrated views of technology risks for executive and security leadership.
- Develop metrics, reports, and communication channels for diverse technical and executive audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and cross-functional accountability.
- Define vision and operational models for Product & Technology incident and risk operations.
