Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1+ year of experience working directly with customers in a pre-sales, sales engineering, technical support, or similar capacity preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of at least one area: cloud software, networking, automation, or control systems.
- Interest in and familiarity with IoT hardware, sensors, connected devices, or vehicles.
- Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly translate customer needs into appropriate technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in IoT, AI, computer vision, hardware, and software products.
- Conduct efficient customer discovery to address technical business requirements.
- Provide technical support for standard demonstrations and account coverage.
- Guide customers remotely through device installation and deployment processes.
- Educate customers on API usage and deploy scripts into testing environments.
- Support Account Executives by advocating for customer needs in internal discussions.
- Act as a liaison between product and sales teams to provide technical feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices for customer engagement.
