Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, a technical discipline, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in financial markets operations, technical operations, or a closely related environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of listed futures or options and financial market operations.
Hands-on experience with error trade analysis and resolution.
Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience providing multi-channel support through voice, email, chat, or similar channels.
Proven ability to maintain service quality and accuracy in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.

Provide real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries involving exchange functionality, market events, and business technology.
Support investigations related to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
Diagnose operational and technical issues and coordinate with appropriate teams for timely resolution.
Collaborate with product and development teams to support new product launches and platform enhancements.
Execute deployment testing in pre-production environments to ensure production system stability.
Support the onboarding and operational enablement of clients and vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and document processes.
