Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of total industry experience.
- 8+ years of technical program management experience leading complex programs.
- Deep understanding of software product development lifecycles at scale.
- Demonstrated AI fluency in designing multi-step workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience automating program-management workflows with AI or scripting.
- Expertise in data extraction from Jira and Confluence.
- Experience creating reusable AI prompts, templates, and plugins.
- Strong judgment in defining AI quality criteria and validating automated outputs.
- Proficiency with project-management platforms like Atlassian tools, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and familiarity with SAFe.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own program management for complex, multi-team software initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous cross-functional challenges into structured execution plans.
- Establish execution frameworks including Agile/Scrum ceremonies and governance.
- Monitor, communicate, and mitigate delivery risks.
- Provide senior-leadership-ready reporting on program health.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for automated program reporting and data analysis.
- Mentor and coach program managers on execution practices and AI fluency.
