Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of total industry experience.
- 8+ years of technical program management experience on complex, large programs spanning multiple cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and technical program management at scale.
- Demonstrated AI fluency at the 'Workflow Orchestrator' level, including design and deployment of multi-step AI or Cowork workflows.
- Hands-on experience automating PM workflows using AI to extract and analyze data from Jira and Confluence.
- Experience maintaining reusable libraries of prompts, workflow templates, and configuring Cowork skills/plugins.
- Proficiency with project management tooling such as Atlassian suite, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and working familiarity with SAFe.
- Experience with program/project governance, including budgeting, vendor management, and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own program management for complex, multi-team software initiatives across the full software development lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, QA, and operations leadership to build plans, resolve dependencies, and ensure delivery.
- Establish and evolve execution frameworks including agile/scrum ceremonies and governance processes.
- Provide senior-leadership-ready status reporting and mitigate risks throughout program lifecycles.
- Design and deploy multi-step AI-powered workflows and reusable systems (e.g., prompt libraries, automated data extraction) to replace manual PMO coordination.
- Serve as an AI thought leader, defining quality criteria for automated workflows and ensuring accuracy of delivered outputs.
- Mentor and coach TPMs and PMs on program management practices and AI fluency.
