Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing host employers to generate placements.
- Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators to provide housing.
- Execute proactive outreach strategies to expand placement opportunities and renew accounts.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet individual sales and placement goals.
- Provide consultative guidance to host employers on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Manage employer accounts to ensure commitments are fulfilled and identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report sales activity, placement performance, and relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with compliance and participant services teams to promote program quality and success.
