Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Proven track record of being driven by results, goals, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong at task follow-through.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services.
- Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Explain therapy programs and guide families through the intake process.
- Follow up to collect necessary insurance information, documentation, and consents.
- Track progress and update information in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Meet and exceed performance goals for responsiveness, conversion, and intake completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
