Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with marketing CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing digital marketing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels including web, social, email, paid media, content marketing, and AI-enabled marketing.
  • Intermediate experience with digital acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a data-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital marketing assets, including emails, advertisements, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning and coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage paid media placements by monitoring campaign performance, optimizing results, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and track digital campaigns using project management tools, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Support relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing effectiveness, including metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversion, using attribution and analytics tools.
  • Present data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to support continuous campaign improvement.
  • Support the development of direct reports and align their work with organizational objectives.
  • Use approved AI marketing tools to improve efficiency and share learnings.
