Requirements

  • 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
  • Strong product fundamentals: vision, strategy, discovery, requirements definition, and outcomes-based prioritization.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market and buyers (payers, providers, employers, retail health).
  • Systems thinking and decision-making rigor with the ability to weigh evidence and make trade-offs.
  • Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations.
  • Demonstrated independent ownership of ambiguous, technically complex product areas.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to validate assumptions and demonstrate business value.
  • Comfortable understanding system architecture, APIs, data models, and event-driven workflows.
  • Must be able to complete a mandatory one-week onsite onboarding in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and outcomes for Lirio’s intelligence platform, aligning priorities to business goals and client needs.
  • Track market shifts, competitor capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
  • Apply systems thinking to prioritize investments and make cross-functional trade-offs.
  • Shape product initiatives around omnichannel personalization, interoperability, and event-driven workflows.
  • Manage the evolution of the healthcare integration layer, including support for FHIR, HL7, and enterprise ecosystems like Epic and Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Behavioral Science teams.
  • Establish platform success metrics to demonstrate value and guide prioritization.
  • Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.
