Job Details

7+ years of Product Management experience in software, workflow, or operations-heavy environments.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior PM or equivalent role.
Demonstrated ability to manage backlog health and requirements quality for multiple engineering squads.
Hands-on experience with modern AI productivity tools like Claude for research, synthesis, and prototyping.
Strong understanding of AI integration, including the strengths, limitations, and risks of LLM-enabled experiences.
Strong product judgment and ability to move from discovery to delivery with measurable business outcomes.
Experience in regulated environments such as legal tech, healthcare, insurance, or fintech.
Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex operational workflows.
Proven ability to develop domain expertise and engage subject matter experts effectively.
Experience balancing innovation with compliance, privacy, and operational reliability.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.

Lead discovery efforts, user interviews, and competitive analysis to solve high-value operational problems.
Partner with engineering teams to keep them supplied with refined, validated work and clear product requirements.
Utilize AI tools like Claude to accelerate discovery, requirements drafting, and day-to-day product operations.
Develop product strategy aligned with business outcomes for the C3 platform, including underwriting, servicing, and payment processing.
Design workflows and prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, and business value.
Define success metrics and evaluate performance through data, user feedback, and failure analysis.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to support feature rollout and adoption.
