Requirements
- Mandatory minimum of 1+ years of recent Skip Tracing experience in auto recovery.
- Banking or collections experience.
- Experience in the auto finance field.
- Moderate comprehension of repossessions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Identify the best-known address to locate client collateral or customers.
- Determine if the customer holds special status such as Bankruptcy or Active-Duty Military.
- Generate successful leads for Recovery Agents using available sources.
- Communicate with Recovery Agents via phone, email, and recovery systems.
- Review credit applications and in-house documents to determine location.
- Assign or reassign repossession orders after validating information.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal codes, regulations, and laws.
- Report on trends in recovery data to contribute to proprietary underwriting models.
