Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product management or management consulting (management consulting strongly preferred).
- Proven customer-facing experience with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured thinking ability with comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Ownership mindset with attention to operational and technical detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using data analysis tools and AI-driven workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP, 3PL, or commerce platforms (nice to have).
- Prior experience onboarding customers onto software (nice to have).
- Exposure to ecommerce or physical-product operations workflows (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications, including handling questions, managing escalations, and ensuring clients remain informed and unblocked.
- Drive project execution by coordinating with internal development teams and maintaining project management tools such as GitHub Projects and Jira.
- Analyze client data to identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks while supporting solution architecture and functional gap analysis.
- Validate all releases prior to client delivery, coordinate testing, and ensure go-live readiness.
- Create and deliver training materials to enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
- Translate client feedback into product insights to inform and influence the platform roadmap.
