Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, planning, and/or replenishment management
- CPG experience required
- Direct Target experience is required
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage detailed procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in forecasting tools preferred
- Willingness to travel 15% of the time
Responsibilities
- Own inputs to internal forecast system (Vividly) and manage monthly forecast reviews
- Own Target & Aldi monthly pacing tracker on gross sales and PO execution
- Manage item catalogue maintenance and replenishment within retailer portals
- Monitor customer forecasts, own cut sheets for PO edits, and support new item setups
- Analyze consumption and retailer data to identify headwinds, risks, and opportunities
- Track category trends and competitive activity using POS data and SPINS
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotional lifts, WOS monitoring, and deduction management
