Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Demonstrated expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Expertise in gross-to-net (GTN) accounting and forecasting.
Experience strengthening accounting processes and internal controls in compliance with SOX, SEC, and U.S. GAAP requirements.
Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex processes simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive learner with demonstrated curiosity and interest in using AI.
CPA or MBA preferred.

Analyze monthly product revenue and gross-to-net (GTN) close activities including accruals and reserves for discounts, rebates, and government programs.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analyses, and documentation for revenue and GTN accounts.
Maintain internal controls over revenue processes to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
Develop and improve GTN forecasting models for budget, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
Partner with Commercial and Market Access teams to maintain GTN assumptions and evaluate pricing strategies.
Manage partnerships with external government pricing consultants and ensure data accuracy across government channels.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to optimize financial reporting and close processes.
Coordinate with regional finance teams to standardize revenue inputs and reporting for senior leadership.
