Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, primarily in cloud/back-end development (Java/SpringBoot or similar).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience improving SDLC processes.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted and agentic tools for development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- English language proficiency at High B2 or C1 level.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with C++ or native Windows development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions in the team's core stack.
- Contribute to the enhancement of SDLC processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct code reviews.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using Jira and git.
- Automate manual or error-prone tasks using scripts or agentic AI workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations and resolve operational issues.
- Design and maintain cloud services while supporting secure-transport and credential-handling for native components.
