Requirements
- 5+ years building and shipping production software.
- Strong engineering fundamentals: testing, code review, CI/CD, Git, containers, and API design.
- Practical experience with relational and non-relational database schema design and query performance.
- Integration with third-party APIs (REST, OAuth, JSON).
- Proficiency with cloud deployment, Docker, and infrastructure as code (GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Bicep).
- Experience using AI coding agents for daily software delivery.
- Clear written and spoken English, C1 or above.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving judgment to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product software, including APIs, services, data models, and interfaces within client stacks.
- Draft specifications and automated tests prior to implementation.
- Maintain AI agent context within repositories to ensure reproducible results.
- Review all code diffs and changes to ensure quality and correctness regardless of the source.
- Manage failure handling, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate directly within client environments, including attending standups and customer calls.
