Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native service architecture and distributed SaaS platforms.
- Experience designing and consuming well-designed HTTP APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Strong software fundamentals including OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with agentic-AI software development practices.
- Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
- Ability to refactor and patch legacy native Windows (C++/MFC/COM) code.
- Proficiency in Java 25, SpringBoot, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals that deliver near-term business value.
- Influence technical direction through architecture reviews, RFCs, and hands-on delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the architecture roadmap.
- Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual toil in builds, testing, and deployment.
- Own security posture and CVE-remediation strategy across the cloud platform and legacy Windows codebase.
- Mentor other developers through design reviews and effective use of AI-assisted tools.
