Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, primarily in cloud/back-end development.
- 5+ years of experience with Java/SpringBoot and building production services.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience improving SDLC processes.
- Proficiency with inline code-completion tools and conversational AI assistants.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- English language proficiency (High B2 or C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions in your team's core stack.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of SDLC processes, ensuring best practices in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver on project objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and perform bug fixes.
- Proactively identify and automate manual, repetitive work using scripts, tooling, or agentic AI workflows.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to operational issues.
- Design, build, and maintain services in the cloud platform.
- Own testing and deployment of built features.
