Requirements
- Strong hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Production experience with on-premise, bare-metal infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of Linux performance and bottleneck analysis.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.
- Proficiency in server provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with infrastructure automation, ideally using Ansible.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with hardware bring-up (BMC/IPMI, firmware, BIOS, PXE/netboot).
- Nice-to-have: Experience with virtualization clusters, live migration, and HA.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with distributed storage clusters, replication, and rebalancing.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux-based bare-metal servers across data centers.
- Build and operate clustered environments, including virtualization, storage, GPU compute, and database clusters.
- Troubleshoot complex Linux, hardware, networking, and cluster-level issues.
- Perform system tuning for throughput, latency, stability, and resource utilization.
- Monitor infrastructure health, identify bottlenecks, and resolve recurring issues.
- Support the full server lifecycle from provisioning and setup to upgrades and maintenance.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Ansible and scripting.
