Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills writing production-grade code.
- Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript using modern web frameworks.
- Ability to build across the entire stack, including backend, APIs, and frontend.
- Proven track record of picking up unfamiliar problems and delivering shipped solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs and building features on top of AI models.
- Strong communication skills to translate non-technical requirements into working software.
- Data fluency, including comfort with pipelines, databases, and structured/unstructured data.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team without heavy processes.
Responsibilities
- Build across the stack, including backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, data integrations, and deployment infrastructure.
- Move between projects and problem types as priorities shift, covering workflow automation, dashboards, and AI-powered features.
- Integrate LLM, RAG, and agent capabilities into usable software by partnering with Applied AI Engineers.
- Partner with internal teams to identify business problems and build effective, high-impact solutions.
- Own products through to production with a focus on reliability and quality.
