6+ years of experience in digital product strategy, product management, or a related field.
Experience leading or supporting federal technology, CMS, cloud, or web modernization projects.
Experience with large-scale digital transformation and web CMS platforms, specifically Drupal and Acquia.
Familiarity with AI integration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security frameworks (FedRAMP, WAF, CDNs).
Strong understanding of federal contracting environments (FFP, IDIQs, FAR/DFARS).
Demonstrated experience partnering with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user story mapping.
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree.

Serve as a trusted product advisor and embedded Product Owner for federal digital modernization projects.
Develop product roadmaps, success metrics, and product briefs to ensure project alignment.
Prioritize product features and outcomes based on program goals, user needs, and project constraints.
Partner with Project Managers to align scope with contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Lead product discovery, user research synthesis, and requirements gathering.
Translate complex needs into structured product specifications and epics for Drupal and cloud implementations.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Jira and Confluence, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Identify opportunities to introduce new digital capabilities, including AI and LLM applications.
Validate that delivered features meet design, quality, and usability expectations.
