Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field (relevant industry experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with data tools and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Existing network of crypto or stock traders is a plus.
- Personal exposure to trading stocks, crypto, ETFs, or other financial instruments is a plus.
- Prior experience or internship in finance, technical sales, research, or client services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, issue resolution, and product support.
- Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and hidden client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Compliance, Product, and Security to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients from the SEA market.
- Support the planning and execution of local VIP events such as dinners, meetups, and anniversary events.
- Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and competitive comparisons for client meetings.
