Job Details

Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or similar finance operations role.
Strong hands-on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and month-end close.
Experience working with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or a similar platform.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify gaps and take ownership of resolving issues.
Genuine interest in AI, LLMs and emerging finance technology.
Comfortable learning and using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI platforms.
A process-improvement mindset.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Own day-to-day finance operations, ensuring transactions and financial records are accurate and up to date.
Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices, payment processing and multi-currency supplier payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Own and support the month-end close process, including reconciliations, adjustments and supporting schedules.
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and related billing processes.
Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and maintain accurate ERP records.
Use AI and LLM tools to improve the speed, accuracy and efficiency of finance tasks.
Identify repetitive or manual finance processes where AI or automation could reduce unnecessary work.
