Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across change, release, and incident management, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud operations, software delivery, and infrastructure automation.
- Proven ability to coordinate initiatives across engineering teams.
- Technical fluency to evaluate deployment strategies, rollback plans, and root-cause analyses.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during active incidents.
- Strong written communication skills for technical and executive reporting.
- Experience creating scalable processes with appropriate control.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SRE and DevOps teams, setting technical and operational direction.
- Define and own change classes, approval paths, and release calendar.
- Own incident management framework, including incident command and post-incident reviews.
- Maintain authoritative records of deployed systems and ensure synchronization with ISSO inventory.
- Translate security and compliance requirements into practical engineering processes.
- Partner with engineering leaders to identify reliability risks and prioritize technical debt.
