Job Details

3-4 years of B2B experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Relationship Management.
Industry experience within payments, fintech, or technology.
Proven track record of influencing C-level executives.
Demonstrated expertise in value-based commercial negotiation and business case quantification.
Experience with contract renewals and account portfolio segmentation.
Strong command of forecasting and pipeline building.
Ability to manage complex account portfolios with strict attention to detail.
Technical understanding of payment infrastructure.
High ownership mindset with experience in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
Design account strategies that move clients from growth to strategic tier based on portfolio segmentation.
Lead commercial negotiations on renewals, pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
Drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling while building a portfolio-wide pipeline.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning, anticipating revenue risks and growth opportunities.
Manage account health metrics, including NPS and client referenceability.
Analyze client profitability and formulate strategies to protect margins.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex technical and operational issues.
Mentor junior KAMs and participate in strategic account review boards.
Gather client feedback to shape the product roadmap and track payment industry trends.
