Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a business systems analyst, automation engineer, internal tools engineer, or similar technical operations role.
- Technical fluency across the systems stack including SQL, REST APIs, Python, and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Boomi building multi-step automations.
- Comfort with engineering hygiene for production systems including version control, incremental rollouts, and testing practices.
- Track record of shipping AI-assisted features or automations that have been used by real users.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments to identify root problems versus stated requirements.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups with different priorities and aligning them without formal authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sense of ownership that extends from definition through delivery and ongoing system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex, cross-functional automation and systems work across HubSpot's Solutions Partner program.
- Identify inefficiencies and root causes across partner operations workflows, then design, build, test, and ship solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations, automations, and data pipelines using Workato and HubSpot CRM, with SQL and REST APIs.
- Prototype AI-assisted workflows and automation agents, bringing them from idea to working implementation.
- Scope work rigorously by defining the problem, quantifying impact, and proposing right-sized solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across Partner Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Contribute to team technical standards and share knowledge to build cross-domain capabilities.
