Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) including configuration of products, parameters, events, roles, and accounting rules.
- Hands-on experience with core banking operations (account lifecycle, interest/fee calculation, accounting entries).
- Understanding of core banking regulatory reporting concepts.
- Experience analyzing and resolving issues in production environments.
- Strong SQL skills for independent data analysis and validation.
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST Web Services and XML messaging.
- Ability to analyze logs in UNIX/Linux environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead tasks independently.
- Fluent English (oral and written) for communication in an international project environment.
- Experience in core banking migrations and transformations (nice to have).
- Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and improve Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS platform functionality.
- Analyze core banking processes and operations and their implementation in FLEXCUBE.
- Configure products, parameters, events, roles, and accounting rules in FLEXCUBE.
- Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues in production and support environments.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and validate data accuracy.
- Analyze system integrations and communication using SOAP/REST and XML.
- Analyze logs and issues at the UNIX/Linux level.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in initiatives related to core banking platform migrations, transformation, and development.
- Interpret technical documentation and translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
