Job Details

5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements.
Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and technical staff.
Experience consulting with and influencing senior leadership.
Ability to partner effectively with Product Management, Operations, and Technical Leadership.
Experience translating technical product specs into field-consumable materials like playbooks and SOPs.
Experience supporting or working directly with technical sales, architecture, or professional services teams.

Translate complex architectural changes into actionable technical requirements, deployment guides, and troubleshooting trees for field technical teams.
Build and maintain a 'Survival Guide' technical toolkit including implementation playbooks and configuration SOPs.
Design and drive strategic enablement programming to improve technical proficiency from onboarding through ongoing training.
Partner with Operations, Product, and CTO organizations to ensure global consistency and alignment across technical roles.
Act as a strategic hub between technical leadership, content creators, and AI tool builders to manage program delivery.
Facilitate key enablement sessions and present technical materials to internal audiences.
Manage the lifecycle of technical documentation, ensuring materials remain current and retiring outdated assets.
Measure enablement effectiveness using field data and feedback to optimize program impact.
