Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in a central supply chain or comparable strategic and operational environment.
- Significant experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- At least 5 years of functional or operational leadership experience in a continuous improvement environment.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities with a track record of organizing complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities using data for project selection, root-cause analysis, and performance validation.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and influence people.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time to supply chain locations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development of business unit master plans supporting strategic alignment and waste elimination.
- Partner with site leadership to establish continuous improvement strategies and execution priorities.
- Coach leadership teams in integrating improvement methods and problem-solving practices.
- Provide analytics and business intelligence to support project selection, root-cause analysis, and performance validation.
- Implement loss analysis and idea-generation processes to address performance opportunities.
- Support the development of manufacturing productivity budgets at the site level.
- Build organizational capability to track and manage functional cost improvement and productivity projects.
